Hi All, meet u again this week..
Theme of meeting was "Evaluation with Aplomb"
Word Of The Day is "Improve"
Visitors : 3, JTC members 16, visiting Toastmaster : 1
Meeting opened by our President who was also our TOM on 7.05pm
We had 2 guests and 1 special visiting Guest , our Division Governor ACS/OCL Risti Brophy. Thank you, Ms Governor.
ACB/OCL Etta as GE introduced her team:
CC Fathia as Grammarian
TM Valeriya as Timer
TM Sabarruddin as Ballot Counter
CC Yuli as Ah and WOD counter
We had 3 Prepared Speech speakers that day
1. CC Ainy redid her # BM1 (the icebreaker, 5-7 min).She told us about her Childhood experience with her sister..that was so touching.
2. TM Henry #BM3 (get to the point, 5-7 min). He told about "How to take care your heart before hospital does". Its show us how to maintain our heart. He did well with good pictures.
3. CC Ronny,did #AM2 From the advanced manual, "Speeches by management" Briefing (8-10 min plus Q&A 5 min) on "Chasing CC/CL".told us how to chase CC/CL,why we must chase it and encouraged us to improve our speeches..
We had education session by ATMB/OCL Etta
It described about how to evaluate people, choose the words and evaluate at contest.
It was very informative.

We had very nice guest's comments and 1 of them want to joint as member.
Comments of Our Division Governor: Let's improve our speech at annual contest, since we only have 7 Divisions in District.

Announcement:
In Fasting month,we start Early .Dinner at 6pm and meeting starts 6.30pm to end at 8.30 pm.
It was a very fun meeting, I loved it..See ya all ..
