I. Prepared Speech Session

1.       BM#2          : Organize Your Speech

          Speaker      : TM Agustinus Law

          Title            : “Well Educated”

TM Law speech tells about what well education mean. He explained from the classical Greek, where well-educated people teaching few privileged elites, in industrial revolution it has demanded more widespread education for the needs of the industry and workplaces, and now technology information are everywhere. He conclude that well-educated means by accounting the needs of the modern world, we needed more creativity and general problem solving skills.

2.       BM#6          : Vocal Variety

          Speaker      : TM Akbar

          Title            : “Listen Up”

TM Akbar speech tells about his experience when he became a mediator for his family and friends. He learned that, in a conflict situation, always remember that what we all really want is to be heard. We want someone who listens to us, because it makes us feel important, and everyone wants to feel important. His message is when you want to understand of something, or someone, try to listen up more.

IV. Next Meeting Announcements

We would like to give you an announcement that on Monday 9^th February 2015, we will held a Table Topics Speech Contest and on Monday 16^th February 2015 we will held an International Speech Contest on Menara Imperium, PBTaxand Auditorium, Floor 29^th . Due to the preparation of the contest, on the next Monday, 2^nd February 2015, we don’t have a regular meeting.

V. Appreciations and Gratitude

We would like to give our appreciation and gratitude to our TOM and GE who have arrange the meeting and role position, our VPE, our VPM, our SAA and all the speakers and role takers who have arrange the meeting and make it run smoothly.

We also would like to give our appreciation and gratitude to all of the members and guests who has spent their time to come and participate in the meeting.

Last but not least, we would like to extend our gratitude to PBTaxand for allowing us to use the meeting room and other facilities so we can conduct the meeting.
