1. BM#2: organize your speech

   Title: ''Stop and Stare"

TM bagus talked about, Live is a journey, a few times we take a rest, and stay for a while.

In order to keep focus on our destination, we need to stop and stare at our current condition.
Are we getting close to our destination? Or is it drifting away? So just stop and stare, and get back into the right track for the betterment of your life and for a greater progress in your courier 

 

 

2.  BM#3: Get To The Point

Title: ''this is my english, what about yours"

TM Puji talked about, Some English language learners wonder why although they have learnt English since elementary school to university, they do not have or hard to have native-like proficiency.

Acquiring language is a continuous learning process. Learners need to practice the language and understand that social and cultural background influence their learning process.

The important thing to do for English Language Learners is be confident with the current level of proficiency. Keep improving it through joining the best environment they can have to improve their English.

 

3. BM#10: Inspire The Audience.

Title: ''my underlying assumptions of success'' '

TM Akbar Talked about,  paradigm shift in perceiving successful life is. First he saw it as his ability to have a lot of things. Pursuing things will never ends and never make him satisfied. But then he felt more happy when he was able to help others, and it made him feel so much more better than just purchasing expensive and fancy things. Because he believe what Harvey S. Firestone once said, “It is only as we develop others that we permanently Succeed”
