Meeting opened by our President
Our welcoming TOM was TM Kardinal, our diligent Sergeant -at -Arms who provided delicious food.
Theme: “Reunification”
WOD was “Bond” (noun)… no… not James Bond…
Prepared speech session:
1. TM Jay BM#3 (Get to the point)Title: “Dealing with indecisiveness” spoke about how to make good decisions
2. CC Rini AM#2 (Conquering the cold call) from advanced manual “Persuasive speaking” ,Title Blueberry Thundertime tried to convince TM Bahtiar to buy an expensive gadget.
Drilling session:
CC Fathia performed her winning speech from the Area I-1 humorous speech contest and received a shower of constructive feedback from the audience.
Table Topics session:
First timer Table Topic Master TM Bahtiar challenged us to use quotes in our impromptu speeches:
TM Valeriya spoke about how habit leads to excellence.
CC Rini talked about lifetime learners.
TM Jay spoke about how to be someone of value.
General Evaluator was DTM Harlina with her team:
- CC Ronny as Grammarian
- ACB/CL Astuty as Timer and Ballot counter
- TM Valeriya as Ah and WOD counter
Our individual evaluators were:
- ACS/CL Imung for TM Jay
- DTM Johan for CC Rini
