I. Prepared Speech Session

1.   BM#3 Get to The Point

Speaker : Gita Febriandini, TM

Title : “The Power of Choice”

TM Gita started with do you believe the power of choice? 
She talked about veryone of us makes countless choice everyday and every choice we made has and create what we want in my life, even choice sometimes was not an easy things, that is the foundation to make ourselves and our world be a better places.

TM Gita evaluated by Neeraj Khiani CC, CL, who is gave TM Gita comment that good point from TM Gita’s speech: Determination & Passion to Inspire.

Room for Improvement:


1. Increase voice (use inflection to strengthen your message)


2. Use personal story to smooth-en speech delivery & maintain audience attention

2.   BM#8 Get Confortable with Visual Aids

Speaker : TM Dina Novita Sari

Title : “For Men Only”

TM Dina talk about relationship between man and woman sometimes cause wrong assumptions about how to solve it. Such as when you think women are emotional, need love and need security, if your reaction (as man) are wrong then you'll make the problems getting worst.

TM Dina evaluated by TM Benazir Syahril CC, TM Bena said TM Dina that successfully entertained her audience through her speech delivery. She used sources to enhance the credibility of her speech.

In the future, Dina could keep her slides simple (focus on giving picture and 1 sentence) to create greater impact to the audience. Also, she could go more specific on the message that she would try to convey through her speech.

3.   BM#8 Get Confortable with Visual Aids

Speaker : TM Andiyoga (From Essential TMC)

Title : “Make it meaningful”

TM Andiyoga talked about TM Andiyoga talked about how you make your life meaningful

TM Andiyoga evaluated by TM Fathia Puspita Sari, who complemented for for his idea and vivid words. 

II.  Table Topics Session :

TM Barbara, opening the table topic session with explained about what exactly table topic session is.

TM Barbara has already prepared slide and questions for this session.

There is 7 speakers today:

1. Member : TM Valeria

One day you meet a long lost friend, and before he left, he give you a voucher for free one night at President Suite room at best five star hotel in town, what will you do with that voucher?  TM Valeria said, If she gets a free voucher from a luxury hotel just for one person, she will use it for "me time", only for herself. Take off all her activity as a mom, wife and career woman.

2. Member : TM Arsy

Before you have a big test for thesis tommorrow, you receive a phone that you  won a lotterry to go around Europe by Royal Carribbean Cruise 4 days and 5 night,and must depart today,its worth more than USD 5000 , its your dream for a life time, what will you do? TM Arsy said If he gets a free ticket to use cruise ships while he will had thesis test, then the first he did was contact his advisor for reschedulle his thesis test and take him go together on cruise when the test finish he will enjoy the cruise.

3. Member : TM Thomas

One night, You trapped in a dark room with somebody you like so much, what will you do? He said because of her girl friend afraid of the darkness, when He and her girl friend in darkness condition, as man, he will give her fell secure by hug her, give her warm, drive her into romantic situation, with that his girl friend was not afraid of this condition. Because woman need a hero. 

4. Guest : TM Firdha

One day you go with a multimilioner and he  said he would buy for you anything you touch in the stores where you go with him, what will you do?    TM Fridha talked about If she was given the opportunity, to buy anything. She would prefer to buy a watch for herself and her partner so that each of them can appreciate the time. so next time she can go to the mall again with him.

5. Visitor from Mattel Indonesia : TM Jeremy

Suddenly when you were sitting in the taxi, You found a box of Brand new S4 Phone that you dreaming about, what will you do? TM Jeremy said that if he finds Samsung S4 in the taxi, he would return it because he felt it was not right to take someone stuff, the is no free lunch, we need to work before we get the luxury things.

6.  Member : TM Dayal Rakesh

One day before your wedding day, you meet a girl you really eager to live with her in your life,and she said that she want to be with you, what will you do?  TM Rakesh said He prefer the promise to the girl he plan to marry, because he is a man, he keep his words.

7.  Guest : TM Rein

You're on a diet, but suddendly your boyfriend want to celebrate his promotion,and take you to a luxury italian restaurant to treat you , what will you do?   Guest Rein said that because his girlfriend ask, he will eat with her, and the next day, he will do more exercise for losing the fat.
