I. Prepared Speech Session
1. BM#1 : The Ice Breaker
Speaker : TM Magdalena
Title : “Single Woman”
TM Magdalena speech tells about how bad when
you become the only woman in your family. TM Magdalena is the only woman among
her 4 brothers. The bad thing is, she always be the first person who succumb
when watching certain channels in one television. But now, as time goes by, she
lives in a different place, so she rarely has a chance to meet her brother. But
that’s not to worry, because now she has her own family in Jakarta Toastmaster
Club.

: The Ice Breaker
Speaker : TM Yani Lina
Title :
“Blessed Dreamer””
In
TM Lina speech, she tells that she is a dreamer. She once had a dream to become
a scientist and have a chance to travel a lot. Her speech encourage us to dream
big, because dream is free, means that we can dream whatever we want as long as
its motivate us, and also dream is another form of praying. She hopes that all
of our dreams come true.

: Organize Your Speech
Speaker : TM Husein Sulianto
Title :
“Do you use phone?””
TM Husein speech tells about the good side and the bad side
effect of smartphone. On the good side of having a smartphone, you can
connected to people in many ways, not only through sms or phone call, but also
through email, social network and many
thing else. But on the bad side, there is a research from University of London
says that 92% of smartphone had bacteria on it. So we must be careful when we
use our smartphone.

4. BM#2
: Organize Your Speech
Speaker : TM Ajay Koka
Title :
“Speechless”
TM Ajay started his speech by
telling why he choose the speech title “Speechless” and he went on to elaborate
how he was left speechless by Toastmaster members, when he read the comments
for his first speech. He also told 2 stories of how he experienced a positive
and a negative speechless moment. TM Ajay told us that we can render people
speechless with small gestures, smiles, and actions just by caring for people
and by having a humble nature.

next meeting will be on Monday, December 1st 2014
On the next meeting, we will have our joint meeting with
British Toastmaster Club and Motivators Toastmaster Club on Monday December 1st
in PBTaxand Auditorium at 7PM onwards.
We would like to give our appreciation and
gratitude to our TOM and GE who arrange the meeting and role position, our VPE,
our VPM, our SAA and all the role takers who have run the meeting smoothly.
We also would like to give our appreciation
and gratitude to all of the members and guests who has spent their time to come
and participate in the meeting.
Last but not least, we would like to extend
our gratitude to PBTaxand for allowing us to use the auditorium and other
facilities so we can conduct the meeting.
