I. Prepared Speech Session

1.   BM#3 Get to The Point

Speaker : Taka Liwungang, TM

Title : What we know about the sea

TM Taka talked about sea, he is a diver. He said there are still low awareness to protect sea environment and our duties to raise issue about sea pollution.He ask us to Protect the sea from pollutant like plastic bottle who only can be solve in 1million year by the sea.

TM Taka evaluated by TM Robert Purnomobagyo, ACG, CL, who is gave TM Taka comment about his speech. 1) very informative from BM#3 reached it, 2) Now, everybody knows condition our sea in Indonesia

2.   BM#3 Get to The Point

Speaker : TM Chandan Polekar

Title : Emotional Intelligence

TM Chandan opened by asking audience what is meaning “Intelligence” for audience. He talked the importance of emotional intelligence. There are many people suceed in heir life although they were sucks in school.

TM Chandan evaluated by TM Neeraj Khiani who complement at him.

TM Neeraj Khiani said TM Chandan has adorabe and clear speech, TM Chandan very confidence. TM Chandan also answer all the purposes of BM #3.

3. AM Entertaining Speech-"Speech before Dinner"

Speaker : ACB Thomas Alfiandes

Title : Change your appearance – Change your destiny

In the opening, TM Thomas asked audience how many of you think that appearance can change your destiny ?

He told us about his personal story when he met his old friend and his friend totally change his appearance and the way he talk is very professional, now his friend has a great job in big company.

TM Thomas evaluated by Harlina Indra DTM, who complemented for TM Thomas choose the right topic, very entertaining, easy to follow and because it from his personal life story and he already reach the max time of speech.

II.  Table Topics Session :

TM Thomas Alfiandes, ACB, opening the table topic session with explained about what exactly table topic session is.

TM Thomas has already prepared slide for this session with so many quotes related to theme today, Friends become Family.

There is 6 speakers today:

1. Member : TM Fadli

The only way to have a friend is to be one , TM Fadli said, he try to make his enemy become his friend. Because 1000 friends not enough but 1 enemy is big. 

2. Member : TM Rakesh

True friendship comes when the silence between two people is comfortable.  TM Rakesh doesn’t agree with that statement, because for him if you wanna make your friend comfotable than you have to talk so he/she will feel comfortable enough to talk to you. 

3. Visiting from Conocophilips TMC : TM Adol

Friendship...is not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything. He Talked about being friend is can't learn at school.

4. Member : TM Chandan

There’s not a word yet, for old friend who’ve just met, just feel it ,it beyond words

5. Member : TM Regina

The truth is everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for à She told us about her best friend. When TM Regina sad, her best friend become sad too and every problem to TM Regina can talk to her friend too. 

6.  Guest : TM Agustinus

Ultimate the bond of all companion ship whether in marriege on in relationship
