I. Prepared Speech Session

1.      BM#2          : Organize Your Speech

         Speaker     : TM Alex Margaronis

         Title           : “No Easy Road, Unique Journeys”

TM Alex talked about there are more than 6billion people in this planet. All of these persons have a unique journey in this life. Some are short and some long, some succesful and others difficult or horrible. His story is about a friend who had a very difficult and lonely life. Working hard day and night for more than 10 years as illegal immigrant in dirty kitchens as cook and cleaner, living like a zombie 7days a week day and night,and no time off.He saved all his money and now he has become rich and succesful in his country of origin.What kept him going was that he KNEW he will b succesful.It was no easy road to success.It is another unique story of the many that TM Alex personally know and admire.

2.      BM#3          : Get to The Point

         Speaker     : TM Rivai Budi Hartono

         Title           : “1$ Mercedes Benz”

TM  Rivai talked about the $1 mercedez drove us to various questions: how? Why? Is that even possible? At times we think negative, and then we review them. We should always keep our thoughts positive, and let it all flow.

3.      BM#4          : How to Say It

         Speaker     : TM Chairil Aditya

         Title           : “Do your own way”

TM  Adit talked Every successful man like Steve Jobs and Hitler has become an extraordinary people because they learn to do it in their own way, and not follow other peoples way. Sometimes when we get stuck in reaching our dreams, we tend to follow other people step. Be careful ! Not every people step is suitable to us, because we are born with a unique ability and limitation. Following other people step will make you stressful and miserable at the end. So the most suitable way to solve our problem is doing it in our own way.

4.      BM#6          : Vocal Variety

         Speaker     : TM Indah Roesyanto

         Title           : “The Finger”

TM  Indah talked about the power of finger pointing can be really bad. She lost a friend and her credibility. Her experience brought her to some questions.  What made people so confident when they point their fingers to someone? Do they have proofs? Are they God that knows everything?

Remember, Whenever you point a finger *second finger,* three more point back at you in one way or another. Ladies and gentlemen, think before you point that finger. Think before you hurt your loved ones. Think before you make that fatal mistake.  It’s  choice, not chance, that determines your destiny.

6.      AM The Interpretive Reading #1 : Read A Story

         Speaker     : CC Glenn Djangkar

         Title           : “Hold High Burry Deep”

TM  Glenn talked about Soeharto's words that he will "Hold high, bury deep" to Soekarno but that Soekarno would not allow him to "hold high" was an important moment in Indonesian history. It was important because it was the moment Soeharto told Soekarno that he will challenge the latter for Indonesia's leadership.

7.      AM Speaking to Inform #3 : The Demontration Talk

         Speaker     : CC, CL Susanna Jahja

         Title           : “Smart on Small Talk”

TM  Susan talked about She show the audience  how to do small talk, because it will benefit for career and relationship.

TM Martha, opened the table topic session with an explanation about what exactly table topic session is and made a joke for everyone.
