I. Prepared Speech Session

1.      BM#2          : Organize Your Speech

         Speaker     : TM Veterina Nosadila

         Title           : “I’m the answer”

TM Veterina talked about begins her speech by asking something hook up "If I am the answer, what is the question?" She believes that everything in the world exists for a reason. She told that the reason of our existence is our purpose. Purpose is something that really matters to us. However achieving purpose is not only about the achievement for our self but also contribution to others.

2.      BM#4          : How to Say It

         Speaker     : TM Reza Rizky Pratama

         Title           : “Go With The Flow”

TM Reza talked about Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them – that only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like.

We often are in a situation that we did not expect. No matter how much structure we create in our lives, no matter how many good habits we build, there will always be things that we cannot control — and if we let them, these things can be a huge source of anger, frustration and stress.

Enjoy life as a flow of change, chaos and beauty. For him, Flow is the secret of happiness. So, Go with the flow. Enjoy your live.

3.      BM#4          : How to Say It

         Speaker     : TM Maria Yulianti Sinaga

         Title           : “Taichi Shock”

TM  Maria talked about if we visit some place like medicine shop, please do not too worry with their diagnosis about our disease, don't just believe it, as it would stressed you out. They may only want take an advantage of you. We can take it as warning to remind us to live healthier lifestyle & to care more about our health.  One thing that we should not forget is to surrender to The Almighty to guard and protect us from any harm & disease.  May we all be granted with health along our lives.

4.      BM#4          : Your Body Speak

         Speaker     : TM Chairil Aditya

         Title           : “More Than A Trophy”

TM  Adit talked about In a soccer training, I was a bad penalty shooter. No matter how hard I tried, I always missed the shot. Then at the competition day, I missed the shot again. My friend Ryan told me to don't give up on it. Eventhough I didn't win the game, but I've learned many experience from my defeat. For me, losing the game is the moment where I would learn a lot of things more than if I won the game. Trophy is only the result of what you have been struggle before, but learning experience is worth more than a trophy, because someday you can be more than today's winner.

5.      AM Persuasive Speaking #1 Effective Sales Person

         Speaker     : CC Diana Anggraini

         Title           : “Healthy Food in The Office Area”

TM  Diana talked her restauramt. She said It does not have to be expensive to be able to taste healthy foods. You don’t have to bring food from home just to taste home-made foods. No need to be confused looking for a place to meet clients, meeting, gathering, or just to hang out after office hours, and don’t get confused looking for a place to celebrate a birthday or other special event .

Because now, in the Thamrin area, Sunda road number 7 , enka deli building , there’s Rempah Iting restaurant that will accept you and your colleagues.

II.  Table Topic Session

TM Rivai, opened the table topic session with an explanation about what exactly table topic session is and made a joke for everyone.
