Mato has succeeded breaking
the ice on his very first speech. He spoke our life consists of many episodes
with different stories: bad stories and good stories. We are the actor as well
as the producer of our life episodes... So live our life to the fullest to
always have wonderful episodes in our life.

“Fear of Public Speaking”

Alex talked about Fear
of public speaking is a problem many people face.how some people get it or have
it its difficult to know.some people get it along the way due to events in
their life that might shake their confidence like in my case.It is up to people
what they are going to do about it.Others might pass it if they can,others will
avoid and others will do something about it.So its all about the
choices,circumstances of each one.The preferable is to deal with it cause there
is always possibility that you will not be able to avoid it.The first thing to
do is to acknowledge you have a problem in public speaking and then take the
first step which is to take the DECISION that you are going to deal with it.
People have to discover the causes of this fear which most probably in my
opinion comes from internal physical and mental deep emotions.
