1.      BM#1          : The Ice Breaker

         Speaker     : TM Akbar

         Title           : “Understanding Words”

TM Akbar talked about choose your words wisely, cause once u said it, u cannot take it back.

2.      BM#2          : Organize Your Speech

         Speaker     : TM Dora Shinta

         Title           : “MLTR Concert”

TM Dora talked about MLTR. MLTR not so famous as Michael Jackson with his moon walk dance or Mariah Carey with her beautiful high tone 3 level above the average. But MLTR  has almost romantic song very sentimental, easy to listen, and still remain in us from yesterday, now, and forever.

3.      BM#5          : How to Say It

         Speaker     : TM Jeffrey Lee

         Title           : “The Power of Music”

TM Jeffrey talked about how music can affect our life and our mood, don't underestimate the power of music. Music can bring you down, lift you up and calms your soul.  So feel and listen away.

4.      BM#7          : Research Your Topic

         Speaker     : TM Rivai Budihartono

         Title           : “Live, Learn, Share”

TM Rivai talked about not all people will agree on one thing, even for the most common things such man landed on the moon, god existence. eventhough still share your idea, don't afraid of people will disagree.
And also we need to listen to other people share, even we disagree in the beginning, because what we believe now, could be wrong.

5.      AM#5          : Speaking to Inform – The Abctract Concept

         Speaker     : CC Diana Anggraini

         Title           : “Objection, I’m In Love”

TM Diana talked about Objection. She said Let’s learn to love objection from anybody around us. Not only in working place, but also in our relationship with someone or parent or friends even in JTC’s Whatsapp group. But when it happens in workplace, you can try not to be defensive.

When someone gets angry and give us their complain about our services, don’t be defensive. Just smile and try to be empathy with their complaint. Imagine if we were in their shoes. When we do that, they will calm down and off course we don’t lost customer and perhaps we just open another opportunities from their objections
