1. BM#1 : The Ice Breaker
Speaker : TM Harfa
Title : “What’s in a name”
TM Harfa gave his ice breaker
speech. He talked about his journey in Banking Industry and how he was asked to
move to Tarakan and then Balikpapan where he had to stay with his boss. The
theme of his speech was that we should never settle with a job unless we love
our job.

2. BM#2 : Organize Your Speech

Title :
“Reframing”

you can reframe the way you see events that happen to you, you can change
negative experiences to a positive experience.

3. BM#3 : Get to the point
Speaker : TM Jeffrey Lee
Title : “I love Me”

Jeffrey talked about to
love other people begins with loving ourselves. Saying "I love you"
to ourselves builds an appreciation and acceptence to who we really are,
regardless all strenghts and weaknesses we possess as a human being.

Title : “Donkey Lesson”

Rivai talked about Donkey
will not fall into same pit, but man does. Why? Simple just because we not
reflect on the experience and being ignorance.

5. BM#7 : Research Your Topic
Speaker : TM Raisa Ornelia Rico
Title :
“Sounds of Music”
TM Raisa opened her speech by
singing Make it through the rain by Mariah Carey. Then she told that for her,
music is so important as it has 3 benefit. First is mood booster,
second diagnose tool of the heart and third is personality
predictor. Because we are listening to the sounds of music,
it's only use our ear, but also our muscles. So Turn on your music now
and feel the benefit of it!

6. AM #3 : Interpersonal Communication
Speaker : TM Yoshie Yamamoto (British TMC)
Title :
“Don’t Forget, Mom!!”
TM Yoshi talked about
Defusing verbal criticism which are :
1) don't interrupt,
2) don't excuse,
3) don't counterattack.

Instead, you should:
1) listen until the criticizer finishes,
2) acknowledge by nodding or restating what is said,
3) if what is said is true, simply agree.

All in all, don't protect
"Me" but protect the relationship.

TM Harsono, opened the
table topic session with an explanation about what exactly table topic session
is and made a joke for everyone.
