TM Lena speech tells about how to be a smart buyer when you shop online. TM Lena share to us which criteria that a trusted online shop usually have, the most essential parts are: They must have a trusted contact person and they must have a warranty for their product. TM Lena encourage us to do a better research (like having a friends recommendations, or other opinion about the shops) before you buy something from that online shop.

“What I Love”
TM Koko speech tells about what he loves most in his life and
how they make him grow to be a better person. He tells a story from how he
built his own career in banking, finding a love one, and then ended up being a
public speaker in JTC. His entire journey isn’t like a fairy tale that always
beautiful and full of happiness, but there are many bumpy roads and obstacles
that he must deal with. At the end of his speech, he was giving a gratitude to
all of the persons who change him to become a better person, especially to his
wife and to JTC Family.

TM Koko received his
“Competent Communicator” title and awards for his achievement in completing all
the projects in Competent Communicator Basic Manual. Congratulation TM Koko!

“Getting to Know”
TM Raisa speech tells about how
to handle the awkward situation when you meet a stranger. There are 4 steps
that should be followed when you meet a stranger: Having a small talk, share
some facts disclosure, view points from your point of view about those facts, express
a personal feeling. The most important part that you should always keep doing
is to always be sincere and always listen when your partner is talking.
