Title
: “The Beauty of Exercise”
TM Harlan speech tells
about the benefit that we get in exercising. Even though exercising is one of a
healthy activities that we often too lazy to do it (because it’s tiring), we
have to keep doing it if we want to stay healthy. TM Harlan gave one example of
exercise that he likes the most: running. By running, not only it will
strengthen your legs, but also it will strengthen your heart and lungs. TM
Harlan hopes that his speech will inspire everyone in the meeting to do
exercise more often.

Title :
“When I Forgot My Healthiness”
TM Tedy speech tells
about his health condition when he was got a special treatment in a hospital.
He shares to us that we should keep ourselves healthy by having enough time to
sleep (about 6-8 hours), don’t lack of exercise, eat a healthy food and avoid
consuming high cholesterol food. Don’t forget our healthiness, because if we
forgot our healthiness, our healthiness will leave us.

Title :
“Transform the Performers Project”
TM Susan speech tells about how
to transform our speaker’s quality in JTC from regular speakers to outstanding
speakers. TM Susan explained many ways to improve it, one of which is to have a
good quality of meeting, mentors, evaluators, and many more. TM Susan hopes
that by keep our educational program improvised, she is sure that JTC will have
best speakers in the future.

PBTaxand Auditorium at 7PM onwards.

have arrange the meeting and make it run smoothly.
